Returns and Refunds Policy
We accept returns of eligible items initiated within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. Proof of purchase is required.

Returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once your return request has been approved, items must be shipped back to Aza & Ari within 5 days of receiving return authorization. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
For orders that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by Aza & Ari will be deducted from the refund amount.
Aza & Ari is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
