Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed.
My package says delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
Please check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier. If you're unable to locate your package, contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns may be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Eligible items may be returned for a refund, and a new order can be placed for the desired item.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Please email info@azaandari.com for any questions.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

We do our best to display product colors accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Gift Giving
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Pricing information is not included in shipments. Email us at info@azaandari.com and we can happily arrange a gift message to best inside package on your behalf.
